DAY 01 : ARRIVE COCHIN. |
Upon arrival at Cochin airport, meet our company’s representative who will escort you to your hotel. Cochin is a vibrant city of great historical importance. It is situated on the south west of the Indian peninsular having fine natural Harbour. The Portuguese moved to Cochin in the 16th century and the places where they settled is Fort Cochin which is now declared as Heritage Zone. Spend rest of the time in comfort of the hotel. Overnight stay in Cochin.

DAY 02 : COCHIN SIGHTSEEING. DRIVE TO MUNNAR (150 KMS/ 4 HRS). |
After breakfast, set off to explore the city of Cochin. The important tourist sites are Dutch Palace also known as Mattenchery Palace - built by the Portuguese in 1557 and subsequently renovated by the Dutch after 1663, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church - the oldest European church was built in 1503. With panoramic beaches along the coastline, you can see the Chinese Fishing Nets and sailing ships. After Cochin sightseeing, take a road journey to Munnar (A very Popular hill station in Southern part of India). Reach Munnar and check in the resort. Rest of the time at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 03 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING |
After relaxed breakfast in the hotel, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Munnar which includes Maduppatty dam , Echo Point (The natural echo phenomena is always happening here), Kundale Lake, Pothenmedu View Point and Blossom Park. In the evening, visit Tata Tea Museum (Closed on Monday) which showcases production of Tea and fine methods for production. Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 04 : MUNNAR TO THEKKADY (110 KMS/ 3.5 HRS). |
After breakfast in the resort, leave Munnar and head towards Thekkady through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantation like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, clove etc. Thekkady also known as Periyar is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. Reach Thekkady and check into the resort. Afternoon, enjoy game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake and you may get a chance to see different type of wild animals. You may also enjoy Elephant ride at Periyar wild life. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

DAY 05 : THEKKADY TO KUMARAKOM (120 KMS/ 3 HRS). |
After breakfast in the hotel, drive towards Kumarakom “Motherland of Backwaters”. Upon arrival at Kumarakom, check into the resort. Reach Kumarakom and check into the resort. After freshen up and relax for some time, enjoy a visit to a 14 acre bird sanctuary which adds to the natural beauty of Kumarakom. Birds such as water ducks, cuckoos, Siberian strokes, etc make Kumarakom their beautiful home. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

DAY 06 : KUMARAKOM TO ALLEPPEY (HOUSEBOAT JOURNEY).

After relaxed breakfast, check out from the resort and embark on your private houseboat and cruise on the backwaters, a splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves. Just relax at the luxurious houseboat. It is your once in a lifetime experience. You will be cruising along the village sides and paddy fields witnessing the core life of the Kerala villages for the whole day. It’s a luxurious houseboat with attached bathroom and well appointed rooms. Dinner and overnight at the houseboat.

DAY 07 : ALLEPPEY TO KOVALAM (160 KMS/ 4 HRS).

After breakfast, disembark the houseboat at Alleppey and you will be driven to Kovalam – world famous for its white sand beach. Kovalam beach is known as the “Paradise of the South”. Kovalam is a dreamland for tourists all over the world. Reach Kovalam and check into the hotel. After relaxing for a while, move out for an excursion to Kovalam Beach. The beach is ideal for various kind of water sports like Kayaking, surfing , skiing and swimming. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

DAY 08 : DAY TRIP TO KANYAKUMARI (85 KMS - ONE WAY).

After breakfast, enjoy day trip to Kanyakumari. It is located at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and represents the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation upon a rock off the coast. Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchindram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Memorial and Thiravalluvar Statue are some of the sightseeing attractions in Kanyakumari. Spend rest of the time on the beaches and enjoy the sunset view. Return back to Kovalam for night stay.

DAY 09 : DRIVE TO TRIVANDRUM (20 Kms). DEPARTURE FROM TRIVANDRUM

After breakfast, a timely and comfortable departure transfer to Trivandrum airport to board flight for onward destination.
