DAY 01 : ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi – The capital city of India is a sprawling modern metropolis with a stunning backdrop of ancient architecture. Spirit of India Tour’s representative shall meet you at the airport in an Indian traditional style and later escort to the hotel for overnight stay. Overnight stay at Delhi.
DAY 02 : DELHI SIGHTSEEING. DRIVE TO SARISKA (195 KMS/ 4-5 HRS).
Morning after breakfast, start the sightseeing tour of Old Delhi with guide. Drive pass through the magnificent Red Fort constructed by the Great Mughal emperor Shahjahan in 1638-48 AD, Jama Masjid Mosque - the largest mosque in India and Raj Ghat. Drive past through India Gate, Presidential Palace. After sightseeing, straight drive to Sariska National Park. Reach Sariska and check into your prebooked resort. Dinner and night stay in the resort.
DAY 03 : MORNING SAFARI IN THE NATIONAL PARK. SARISKA TO JAIPUR (110 KMS/ 2-3 HRS).
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy morning game view safari in Sariska National Park by Jeep. A variety of wild animals like the leopard, sambhar, chital, nilgai, four-horned antelope, wild boar, rhesus macaque, langur, hyena and jungle cats are found in the Sariska Tiger Reserve apart from the tiger. The Sariska National Park is home to India's largest population of peafowl, and harbours quail, sand grouse, golden- backed woodpeckers and crested serpent eagles, among other species. Also the Siliserh Lake on the edge of the park has a large number of crocodiles. Return back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, drive to the princely state of Rajasthan “Jaipur”. Reach Jaipur and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
DAY 04 : JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING.
Morning after breakfast, embark on an excursion to Amer fort and Jaigarh Fort which is on the outskirts of the city. Here at Amer Fort, you can enjoy ride on elephant back like a Maharaja to ascend the fort. After Amber fort, proceed to visit Jaigarh Fort which is believed to be of 11th century and it houses one of the biggest cannon in the world. Drive back to City. Enroute, photo stop at Jal Mahal. Later enjoy city tour of Jaipur visit Gaitor - the cremation ground for the royal families, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar (UNESCO Heritage Site) and Hawa Mahal. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 05 : JAIPUR TO RANTHAMBORE (180 KMS/ 4 HRS).
After breakfast, leave for Ranthambore National Park. Reach Ranthambore and check in at resort. Ranthambore wildlife sanctuary is famous for its tigers and is one of the best places in India to see these majestic predators in the jungle. Its deciduous forests were once a part of the magnificent jungles of Central India. Dinner and night stay in the resort.
Day 06 : JUNGLE SAFARI IN RANTAHMBORE.
Wake up early morning and enjoy game viewing safari in Ranthambore National Park by Jeep/Canter. Return back to the hotel for breakfast. Free time in the resort. After Lunch, again enjoy game viewing safari in Ranthambore National Park by Jeep/Canter. Dinner and overnight stay in the resort.
DAY 07 : RANTHAMBORE TO KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK (230 KMS/ 4-5 Hrs).
After breakfast in the hotel, proceed towards next destination i.e. Keoladeo National Park formly known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. It is home to more than 230 resident and migrated birds species. It is also UNESCO Heritage site listed in the year 1985. Reach Bharatpur and check in at hotel. Later Enjoy Rickshaw ride inside the national park. Dinner and night stay in the hotel.
DAY 08 : DRIVE TO AGRA (60 KMS/ 2 HRS).
After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Agra – the home of seven wonders of the world. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri – Once the blooming capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar but the city was abandoned in 1585 due to the scarcity of water and located close to the Rajputana dynasty. Reach Agra and set off for city tour visit Agra Fort – Built by Great Mughal Emperor Akbar in the year 1565 was the first red sand stone fort in India and it consists of palaces, halls, immense stone courtyard, private royal chambers and marble mosque. It is also listed as World UNESCO Heritage site. Later on proceed to visit Taj Mahal – One of the most iconic landmark of Agra and elected as one of the seven wonders of the world. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal who died while giving birth to 14th child. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
DAY 09 : AGRA TO JHANSI BY SUPERFAST TRAIN. DRIVE TO KHAJURAHO (180 KMS/ 4 HRS).
Morning after breakfast, transfer to Agra Railway station to board Shatbdi train to Jhansi. Reach Jhansi at 1045 Hrs and transfer to Khajuraho. Khajuraho temples are worldwide famous for its erotic carved temples and is listed as one of the three World UNESCO heritage site in the state of Madhya Pradesh. There were total 85 temples but only 22 temples now stand in a reasonable state of preservation. Enroute stop at Orchha to visit Raj Mahal, Jehangir Mahal and other temples. Continue drive to Khajuraho. Reach Khajuraho and check in at hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Khajuraho.
DAY 10 : KHAJURAHO TO BHANDAVGARH NATIONAL PARK (250 KMS/ 5-6 HRS).
Morning after breakfast, enjoy tour of Khajuraho visit Eastern and Western Group of Temples. Some of the Western group of temples worth visiting include the Nandi temple, Matangesvara Temple, Lakshmana Temple, the Visvanatha and the Varaha Temple. Temples includes in Eastern group are the Brahmanical temples and a group of Jain temples. After sightseeing, drive to Bhandavgarh National Parl. Reach Bhandavgarh and check into the resort. Dinner and night stay at Bhandavgarh.
DAY 11 : JUNGLE SAFARI IN BHANDAVGARH NATIONAL PARK.
Set amidst the Vindhyan ranges, the park has a series of ridges running through it. This park was the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at present is a famous natural hub for White Tigers. Other inhabitants of the park include the Rhesus Macaque, the Jungle Cat, Ratel, Muntajac, Jyena, Porcupine and the back-faced Langur. The park also has numerous ancient caves and rock shelters, with shrines and inscriptions. About 150 species of birds known from the Tala area are also found over here including the Brown Fish Owl, Grey-headed Fishing Eagle, Malabar Pied Hornbill and Shahin Falcon. Wake up early morning and enjoy game viewing safari in Bandhavgarh National Park by Jeep. Return back to the hotel for breakfast. Free time in the resort. After Lunch, again enjoy game viewing safari in Bandhavgarh National Park by Jeep. Dinner and overnight stay in the resort.
DAY 12 : DRIVE TO KANHA NATIONAL PARK (250 KMS/ 5-6 HRS)
Morning after breakfast, drive to Kanha National Park considered as best wildlife park of Asia and a bold counter to African Wildlife parks, with its extensive area of approx 2000 sq Kms. Kanha national park has 22 species of mammals. The most easily spotted are TIGER, Indian hare, Indian wild dog, the Stripped Palm Squirrel, Common langur, Jackal, Wild Pig, Chital or Spotless deer, Barasingha or Swamp deer, Sambar and black Buck. Arrive Kanha and check in to your Jungle resort. After little relaxation enjoy jeep safari trail of Kanha Tiger reserve. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.
DAY 13 : JUNGLE SAFARI IN KANHA NATIONAL PARK.
Wake up early morning and enjoy game viewing safari in Kanha National Park by Jeep. Return back to the hotel for breakfast. Free time in the resort. After Lunch, again enjoy game viewing safari in Kanha National Park by Jeep. Dinner and overnight stay in the resort.
DAY 14 : DRIVE TO NAGPUR AIRPORT (266 KMS/ 5 HRS). FLY TO MUMBAI.
After breakfast, leave for Nagpur. Arrive Nagpur and transfer to Nagpur airport to board flight to Mumbai. Mumbai was earlier known as Bombay until 1955 and it is the financial capital of India and is the home of Bollywood Film Industry. Meeting and assistance upon arrival at Mumbai. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Mumbai.
DAY 15 : MUMBAI SIGHTSEEING. DEPARTURE FROM MUMBAI.
After lavish ready, check out from the hotel and embark on an excursion tour of Elephant Caves. Enjoy boat ride from Gateway of India to Elephanta Island (World UNESCO Heritage site). After sightseeing, return back to Mumbai port and enjoy local tour which includes visit to Gateway of India - It was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911, Victoria Terminus now known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus is the mail railhead on the central railways, Prince of Whales Museum – built in the year 1914, Dhobi Ghat (Open air laundry) etc. Intime you will be transferred to Mumbai International airport to board flight back to home or onward destination.
